VINIFICATION: Harvested; rubbed; cooled; 2 hours of maceration time; pressed in pneumatic press; fermented in a stainless steel tank at 18 °C
TASTING NOTES: Bright green-yellow; exotic freshness in the nose; green apple; mineralized; crisp and firm on the palate; juicy on the finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: serve chilled; an excellent wine with white meats such as chicken, turkey, grilled fish, salads or asparagus dishes.
