Hand-harvested from select plots in the Santa Elena estate. Vines are grown on granitic soils in the foothills of the Andes. Aging occurs in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tank for six months. Bright red color with violet tints are met with aromas of cherries, raspberries, coconut, and green grass. Cantoalba Pinot Noir has a fresh mouthfeel that mingles juicy tannins and notes of blueberries, cinnamon, and anise.
