Stylistically and geographically close to Pouilly-Fuissé, this full-bodied Chardonnay exhibits a golden hue, greenish reflection and refreshing mouthfeel. Made from grapes bought from local winegrowers, the clusters are pneumatically pressed and the juice statically settled over a 12 hour period. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel containers for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel on lees until bottling. Granny smith apples, honey and citrus fruit aromas combine with subtle notes of musk and herbs. A pleasant minerality supports the powerfully-structured, bright palate, showcasing precise fruit with nuances of toast.
